First of all Why iPhone is the best phone of doctor so far ?!

My points of view is different as i am a developer , a doctor , a linux and open source user as well as a current Windows mobile User on my HTC phone !

My points of view as i explained before is considering usability as the top issue to compare !! Usability from the end-user view as well as usability from developers perspective !
